What if I don’t know my VCAA student number?

If you don’t know your VCAA student number, contact your school for assistance.

How to get your VCE results and ATAR

If you are about to complete Year 12 in Victoria, or have completed a Unit 3–4 sequence in 2022, you can receive your results and ATAR via the Results and ATAR app and online from 7.00am Monday 12 December 2022.

Only 2022 results are available via these services and you’ll need your VCAA student number and your results service password to access them.

The VCAA student number is 8 digits and a check letter, e.g. 14123917W. If you do not know your VCAA student number please contact your school.
Your results service password is the password that you created when registering for the service. If you haven’t registered already, you will need to do so before you can access your results.

If you have registered with VTAC, please note that your VTAC ID and PIN are separate from your results service password. Only your VCAA student number and results service password can be used to access the 2022 VCE Results and ATAR Service.

The internet service is free and available 24 hours a day from 7.00am Monday 12 December until 5.00pm Friday 16 December 2022.

The mobile app is available now for you to download on the Apple App Store or Google Play. Search for ‘Results and ATAR’.

Results will be available from 7.00am Monday 12 December until 5.00pm Friday 16 December 2022.

Printed statements of VCE results and ATAR statements will arrive in the mail following the internet and app release.

Printed ATAR statements will only be sent to those who have qualified for an ATAR, applied for tertiary courses through VTAC, and paid the course application fee.

Students with an up-to-date email address on their VCAA Student Personal Details form are able to receive their grades and study scores on the morning of results release. Please note the email will not include ATAR information.

If you want to receive your VCE results through email please check with your school to make sure that your recorded email address on the Victorian Assessment Software System (VASS) is accurate and active. The final date to change your details is Friday 11 November 2022.

What if I forget my password?

You can reset your password by following the ‘Forgot your password?’ link on the login page. You will need to confirm your personal details and provide the email address you used to register for the service.
